SHIPPING & DELIVERY

YOONJUNGYUN ships products from South Korea using EMS. All items have tracking numbers however will be provided to you only per request basis. If you need tracking number please let us know.

Although we provide estimated delivery dates, we do not guarantee that products will arrive within this time frame (however 99% of our orders do). If there is an out of stock and back order of the item, we will notify you by email within 48 hours of your payment being confirmed.

Please allow extra 2-3 weeks for 14k gold and custom orders.


RETURN & EXCHANGE

Your satisfaction with our quality products is our top priority. To this end we take great care to offer only the finest quality products.

All unopened merchandise will be accepted for a 100% full refund (less shipping costs) up to 30 days of the PURCHASE date. Size exchange is available only when you turn it back in its original quality.

Please Note: You are responsible for the return shipping fees, restock fees, reshipping fees. when you return products for replacement or size exchange.


RETURN PROCEDURES

Purchaser is solely responsible for the correct ring size. Therefore please be aware of your ring size before you order it. If you have any questions about acquiring the correct ring size, please do not hesistate to ask us by emailing us. We will be more than happy to assist you in finding the best fitting ring.

If the ring that you've received does not fit, please discontinue to wear it.
Send us an email and we will put your case into consideration. When we receive an email which requests return or exchange, we will work with you dilligently to make the process easy and simple for you.

Return shipping cost will be purchaser's responsibility. Please let us know the shipment date, method of shipping, and name of the carrier. Tracking number, although not required, it is highly recommended. Any shipment lost during the return route will not be held responsible by us, please contact the mail carrier/local post office that handled your shipment.

When the return item is received by YOONJUNGYUN
and...

If the item is for return:
We will assess the condition of the item for its original quality and cleanliness.
Item value at the time of purchase minus restocking fee will be debited back to your account. Shipping fee is not refundable.

If the item is for exchange:
We will assess the condtion of the item for its original quality and cleanliness.
Exchange process may or may not incur restocking fee, however we will send you another invoice for reshipping fees.


INTERNATIONAL TAX

Shoppers are responsible for the international tax that may incur upon arrival at shoppers' specified final destination. The products from YOONJUNGYUN Design are shipped from Republic of Korea.


The amount of tax charged depends upon many factors, including the identity of the seller, the type of item purchased, and the destination of the shipment.

If an item is subject to sales tax in the country to which the order is shipped, tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item. Not all countries apply importation tax, please check with your local authorities to be familiar with your country's importing regulations and law for taxation.
